Our teachers
Different goals need different guidance. Meet the teachers behind our classes, Personal Training and Teacher Training — and what each one knows best.
Teacher matching
Someone new to yoga, someone working on balance and someone building a deeper backbend need different kinds of attention. If you book Personal Training, we help you choose the teacher whose strengths and teaching style best fit what you want to work on.
Kantesh leads the studio and meets most people at their first assessment. He decides which teacher you will work best with.

Prakash teaches flowing classes led by the breath, and runs yoga nidra for deep rest.

Manju teaches the strongest classes here. A good match if you want to build strength rather than work around something.
Vicky teaches at a quicker pace, for students who already practise regularly and want to take it further.
Swaroop works on backbends and on opening the upper back and shoulders. Most of his students sit at a desk all day.

Chetan teaches slowly and explains a lot. He is usually who we introduce a nervous beginner to.
How we teach
Our teachers demonstrate, explain and offer options. Props are used when they make the practice clearer or more accessible.
The aim is not to make every student look the same — it is to help each student understand what they are doing and why.
Not sure who to choose?
Send us your goal and experience level, and we will suggest a class or teacher to start with.
