What we do with what you send us

Short version: we use it to reply to you and to teach you well. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone who is not part of running Yoga Life Premium.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site we collect what you type — your name, your email or WhatsApp number, what you are working on, and anything you write in the message box. We also record which page you were on, where you came from and when you sent it, so that we know what is actually helping people find us.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to send you the practice you asked for, to match you with a suitable teacher, and — if you agreed — to send you occasional emails about the studio. If you tell us about an injury or a health condition so that we can teach you safely, that stays between you and your teachers.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are in touch with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Third parties

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and embeds maps from Google Maps on the location pages; both mean your browser contacts Google. What you send through a form is relayed to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-forwarding service, and is not used by us for anything else. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email we send. You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to yogalifepremium@gmail.com.

This note describes how the website behaves. It should be reviewed against Vietnam's Decree 13 on personal data protection before launch, and updated if the studio adds analytics, advertising pixels or a booking platform.
