Teacher Training
Deepen Your Practice.
Learn to Lead.
Small-cohort yoga teacher training in Ho Chi Minh City, for students who want to teach and practitioners who want to understand yoga more deeply.
Who it is for
Teach, or deepen your own practice.
This training suits students preparing to teach and committed practitioners who want a more complete understanding of asana, breath, anatomy, philosophy and how practice is adapted for different bodies.

Cohorts are small, and the course is taught by the same teachers who run our classes and private sessions — so what you are taught is what is actually used in a room full of real bodies.
Entry requirements are confirmed with each intake. Message us and we will tell you whether the next one fits where your practice is now.

Rooted in the tradition of yoga in India.
Our teacher training follows the IYTTC approach, developed in India to build teachers from the practice outward. The curriculum goes beyond postures, bringing together asana, pranayama, meditation, yogic philosophy and the practical skills needed to guide others with confidence.
The emphasis is not simply on completing hours, but on understanding the practice deeply enough to teach it with clarity, discipline and care.
